Plaintiff-Appellee, Monarch Marking System Company, brought suit against Reed's Photo Mart, Inc., Defendant-Appellant, for the price of 4,000,000 small, gummed, pricing labels ordered by Appellant from Appellee. Judgment was rendered for Plaintiff in the amount of $2,860.00, plus interest from January 1, 1969, and $750.00 attorney's fees, plus interest from date of the judgment. We reverse...
