On November 4, 1967, Patsy Joanne Cook sustained fatal injuries while riding in a car driven by her husband, Ned Cook. He brought this action as administrator of her estate, and following a jury trial, obtained a verdict in the amount of $30,000 against both Donald Eugene Clark and Roger M.
