Upon consideration of the record and briefs of counsel we are satisfied that the order of the lower court, which will be reported herewith, correctly disposed of this cause.

It might not be amiss to point out that the portion of the rental unpaid by the appellant accumulated over a four year period, ending August 31, 1969, such unpaid portion representing slightly more than 2% of the total rent due by appellant...
