This is a civil antitrust action brought by N. W. Controls, Inc. ("N.W.") against the Outboard Marine Corporation ("O. M.C.").

The plaintiff, N. W., is a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of business at Vernfield, Pennsylvania. It manufactures and sells remote control cables and control boxes for use on outboard and stern drive boat engines, snowmobiles, and other products. The defendant, O. M. C....
