HERMANSEN v. LORD

No. 70-825.

252 So.2d 574 (1971)

George HERMANSEN, Appellant, v. Charles H. LORD, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

September 24, 1971.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Waldense D. Malouf, Clearwater, for appellant.

Stephen H. Sears, of Macfarlane, Ferguson, Allison & Kelly, Tampa, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Appellant appeals a final judgment entered against him and also the dismissal of his counterclaim.

We have carefully reviewed the briefs and record-on-appeal and find that the trial judge was correct in dismissing the counterclaim. The record is also replete with competent substantial evidence to support the judgment entered by the trial judge who tried the case without a jury.
