This day came as well the plaintiff in error, by counsel, as the Attorney General on behalf of the Commonwealth, and the court having maturely considered the transcript of the record of the judgment aforesaid and arguments of counsel, and being equally divided as to the judgment to be entered in the premises, it is ordered that the said judgment be affirmed, and that the plaintiff in error pay to the Commonwealth of Virginia thirty dollars damages, and also her costs by her...
