ORDER OF COURT

MOYE, District Judge.

Petitioner Huguley was convicted of indecent exposure, in violation of Ga. Code Ann. § 26-6101, in the Criminal Court of DeKalb County, on July 22, 1968. He appealed his conviction to the Georgia Supreme Court, which upheld the constitutionality of the statute and transferred his case to the Court of Appeals. Huguley v. State, 225 Ga. 191, 167 S.E.2d 152
