Appellant files this interlocutory appeal seeking review of an interlocutory order entered in a breach of contract action in which appellant prayed for compensatory and punitive damages. This action being one at law, the appellate rules do not provide for the review of the interlocutory order.

For the foregoing reason the interlocutory appeal is dismissed.
