This litigation arose out of a vehicular accident which occurred on October 15, 1968, at approximately 9:04 A.M. on Louisiana Highway 82 and involved an automobile belonging to the Louisiana Wildlife & Fisheries Commission and a pickup truck owned by Guy Scroggins, Incorporated.
