DeBRULER, Judge.
This first degree murder conviction in which the appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment is before us for review on the sole issue of the sufficiency of the evidence of premeditated malice. We find that there was sufficient evidence from which a jury could find premeditated malice and thus affirm the conviction.
