This appeal arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on August 25, 1966. Plaintiff, Mildred Plummer, sued for personal injuries and her husband, William J. Plummer, asked compensation for loss of consortium and property damage to his Chevrolet Carryall truck, which his wife was driving at the time.
