In 1963, the Board of Governors of the Washington State Bar Association, after a disciplinary hearing, recommended that William R. Eddleman be suspended from the practice of law for a period of 3 years. The board sent the case here for disposition. This court, February 13, 1964, declined to follow that recommendation but entered a judgment of disbarment and ordered that Mr. Eddleman's name be stricken from the court's roll of attorneys.
