Appellant was charged by affidavit with the crime of robbery. After first entering a plea of not guilty, he filed a motion to withdraw his plea of not guilty to the charge of robbery and enter a plea of guilty to the lesser included offense of theft under $100. The State consented. Upon this plea to the lesser included offense the court heard evidence, had a pre-commitment investigation, after which the appellant was sentenced to the Indiana Reformatory...
