Mr. and Mrs. Horace Robicheaux instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Robicheaux when the automobile in which she was riding as a guest passenger was involved in an intersectional collision. The suit was instituted against Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company, the insurer of the host vehicle.
