The appellant was indicted on March 5, 1970, by the Clark County Grand Jury. At his arraignment on March 9, 1970, he moved for and was granted a continuance to March 13, 1970, in order to permit him to file a petition to be treated as a juvenile.1 On March 11, 1970, that petition was filed.
