This is a suit seeking damages and injunctive relief brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 [42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.]. The Court finds that it has jurisdiction of this action under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f) and that defendant is an employer in an industry affecting commerce within the meaning of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (b).
