The plaintiffs are the known heirs of Peter Bent Brigham and of his sister Sarah Brigham Jacobs. With this standing, they instituted this proceeding in equity to recover by reversion and forfeiture certain gifts and bequests which were made by their ancestors to the Brigham School Fund now held by the defendants in trust for the use and benefit of Brigham Academy.
