This petition and rule to vacate two decrees, hitherto made by this court sitting in equity, represents a challenge to the jurisdiction of the court to make the decrees and is based upon a long and complex factual history. Therein, the preeminent incident is the fact that William Z. DeSzirmay died on March 29, 1960, in the midst of pending but unresolved litigation.
