Charlie Lee Hart seeks reversal of his conviction for failing to perform a duty required of him in the execution of the Military Selective Service Act of 1967. Upon trial in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, Western Division, he was found guilty of the offenses charged in a two count indictment.
