The plaintiffs in the court below, C. Louis Caputi and Real Estate Service, Inc., recovered a judgment against the defendants, Sol Adelman, Dorothy Adelman, Abe Kramer, Robert S. Buckhantz, Adele A. Buckhantz and Ethel Wolf, individually and as executrix of the estate of Charles Wolf, deceased, for $22,950, with interest and costs. The recovery represents real estate commissions which the court held were due plaintiffs by defendants, who prosecute...
