Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she fell down a step on defendant's premises. In a bench trial in the circuit court of Jo Daviess County, the trial judge directed a verdict for the defendant, pursuant to motion, at the close of plaintiff's case. The plaintiff contends, upon appeal, that she presented evidence of inadequate lighting...
