On July 20, 1971, the referee in this cause filed with The Florida Bar his finding of guilt against respondent and his recommendation that respondent be suspended from the practice of law in Florida for six (6) months. On July 27, 1971, pursuant to Article XI, Rule 11.06 (9) (b) of the Integration Rule, 32 F.S.A., as revised July 1, 1969, the Executive Director of the Bar filed the record in the cause with this Court.
