This is an appeal by the City of Fort Smith from an adverse decree of the Crawford County Chancery Court in an action brought by the city to quiet its title to part of a 40 acre tract of land in Crawford County. Charley France was the primary defendant in the trial court. He had conveyed small parcels of the land in controversy to the other appellee-defendants and they all claim title by adverse possession.
