Mrs. Dorothy D. Casey, appellant, received on August 21, 1963, an injury to her back which arose out of and in the course of her employment for Ed Mitchell, doing business as Deeson Cash Grocery. However, she did not file her claim for workmen's compensation benefits until April 24, 1968, approximately four years and eight months after the date of the injury.
