FINLEY, J.

This is a first-degree death-penalty murder case. Appellant's grounds for appeal, seeking a new trial, are discussed separately and at some length hereinafter. We find no reversible error in appellant's grounds for appeal. Accordingly, we deny his claim for a new trial; we affirm the judgment and the sentence entered by the trial court, the jury's verdict of guilty and its imposition of the death penalty.
