On August 12, 1954, Plaintiff-Appellee, Texarkana Production Credit Association, a corporation, (hereinafter referred to as Production Credit Association); filed suit against Defendant, now deceased, Richard Kyles. The suit was on a plain promissory note and a chattel mortgage lien. Production Credit Association took a default judgment against Richard Kyles on September 20, 1954, for Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Forty-two and 07/100 ($11,542.07) Dollars...
