Appellee, Robert A. Long (claimant), was discharged from his employment by appellant, Freuhauf Corporation (employer). He first filed a "grievance" pursuant to provisions of the contract between the union and the employer. The grievance was rejected by the employer and the union demanded arbitration. A hearing before an arbiter resulted in a decision against the claimant, who then filed with the Indiana Employment...
