This foreclosure action is of ancient vintage. The complaint was filed in the Clerk's office September 20, 1960, when the late Theodore F. Bowes was United States Attorney for the District. The mortgage was on a large apartment complex, Dunn Garden Apartments in Troy, New York. The mortgage and note were executed August 9, 1950.
