The defendant, Frank J. Gratz, appeals his conviction of possession or control of marijuana. MCLA § 335.153 (Stat Ann 1957 Rev § 18.1123).

Before the trial he filed a motion challenging the array on the ground that the jury had not been selected in accordance with the provisions of chapter 12 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, and, specifically, the provisions of that chapter concerning the selection of jurors in the Upper Peninsula...
