This is an original action1 brought before this court by James S. Campbell, attorney, seeking a permanent injunction to enjoin the alleged unauthorized practice of law by William S. Ellis, Jr., as trustee for the creditors and stockholders of Kula Development Corporation, a dissolved Hawaiian corporation.
