Defendants Jack Coe and Mamie Wilburn Coe, husband and wife, were charged in a two-count indictment with possession of moonshine whiskey in violation of Title 26, U.S.C.A. § 5604(a) (1).1 Count I charges both defendants with the unlawful possession of two gallons of whiskey.
