What follows is yet another1 canto in the saga of Pink Bugg, Cokesbury's dauntless appellant. As is his wont, he has come here without counsel,2 making no argument and submitting on his brief, although we think calling it a brief may be putting it a little too high. Unhappily for Bugg, however, he, like the Bourbons, seems never to learn anything nor ever...
