This is an appeal from the trial court's granting of a motion for summary judgment. The appellants are Mrs. Marion Bleakley and Jack Bleakley, the lessors in a written lease with appellee Fixture Exchange Corporation as lessee, the subject property being certain real estate located in Dallas County, Texas.
