The appellants, plaintiffs in the trial court, have appealed from an adverse judgment in a jury trial arising out of a rear-end collision occurring in Harris County about November 27, 1962, resulting in alleged personal injuries to Mrs. Eubanks and damages to plaintiffs' automobile. Judgment was rendered below in favor of appellants in the sum of $538.00 pursuant to the verdict of the jury. Appellants had sought recovery of $25,200.00. The jury found...
