The appellants, plaintiffs in the trial court, have appealed from an adverse judgment in a jury trial arising out of a rear-end collision occurring in Harris County about November 27, 1962, resulting in alleged personal injuries to Mrs. Eubanks and damages to plaintiffs' automobile.
