ORDER

This is a petition for habeas corpus for the purpose of admiting petitioner to bail pending a trial in the Superior Court on an indictment charging him with the crime of robberty. The trial is shceuled to be held on December 7, 1971.

This petition is denied; however, if the trial does not begin on December 7, 1971, the petitioner shall be brought before the Superior Court on that date and a hearing shall be held relative to his right to be admited...
