The Plaintiff-Appellants are stockholders in the Farmers State Bank, Lanesville, Indiana, and filed an amended complaint against the Defendants-Appellees who are stockholders and directors of Old Capital Bank and Trust Company, Corydon, Indiana. The amended complaint alleges that Defendants acquired more than 25% of the outstanding voting stock of said Farmers State Bank and the Defendant Wiseman later purchased all of said stock from the other Defendants...
