POWERS, Justice.
This civil action for the alleged conversion of household goods and personal belongings was tried to a Superior Court justice and a jury which returned a verdict for the plaintiff on her claim and for the defendant on its counterclaim for unpaid rent. It is before us on the defendant's appeal from the judgment accordingly entered and from an order denying defendant's motion to alter judgment.
