From a judgment, pursuant to a jury verdict, for the defendant in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Alabama, and the court's order denying appellant's motion for new trial the plaintiff brings this appeal.

Appellant's complaint contained four counts to all of which appellee demurred. The record does not disclose the court's ruling on demurrer, but evidently the court sustained the demurrer to Counts 1, 2, and 4, for in the beginning...
