HOOD, Judge.

Ferd Scarbrock instituted this suit for damages allegedly sustained by him when his car struck a rock or ball of dirt on a parish road. The defendants are Rapides Parish Police Jury and its insurer, Continental Insurance Company. The trial judge rendered a summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's suit as to both defendants, and he also rendered judgment sustaining an exception of no right and no cause of action filed by the Police Jury.
