George has appealed from an order of the District Court adjudging him to be in civil contempt for refusing to answer questions propounded to him before a federal grand jury after he had been granted immunity. He was committed to the custody of the Attorney General until he answered the questions before the grand jury, or until the term of the grand jury expires on March 28, 1972.
