OPINION

JOSLIN, Justice.

This is an original petition for benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act. The full commission affirmed the trial commissioner's decree which rejected the employee's claim that he had become incapacitated as a result of a work-related injury sustained while employed by the respondent. The employee appealed.
