This is an appeal from an order of the district court dismissing an election contest for lack of jurisdiction.

At the November 3, 1970, general election, Duane Pearson, appellant, and Florian W. Chmielewski, respondent, were opposing candidates for election to the state senate from the 25th legislative district. The 25th district is a multicounty district.
