In this Civil Rights action, the plaintiffs having been granted the right to proceed in forma pauperis, the immediate matter before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss. Jurisdiction has been invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1343 and 2201 and 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1983 and 1985.
