STEINFELD, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order overruling a motion made under CR 60.02 to vacate a judgment. We affirm.

On March 16, 1965, appellant Parker, with his counsel present, entered a plea of guilty to the crime of storehouse breaking. KRS 433.190.
