This is an appeal from a conviction and sentence for possession of marijuana. (K.S.A. 65-2501, 65-2502 and 65-2519a.)

In August, 1969, information was received by the Wichita Police Department from an informant as to the location of a stash of marijuana. Investigation disclosed two brown paper sacks full of marijuana at the location described. The stash of marijuana was under observation from time...
