Plaintiff brought this action individually and on behalf of his minor daughter, Debbie Speight, against Southern Farm Bureau Insurance Company and its insured I. L. Bruce to recover damages caused to his home when the latter's truck crashed into it, as well as for the inconvenience, worry and mental anguish which he and his daughter endured as a result of the accident.
