This is an appeal from the refusal of the court below to strike off an involuntary nonsuit entered in favor of one of the defendants, Virginia Bonner, in a trespass action for personal injuries. The question of this defendant's liability was tried before a judge without a jury and the nonsuit was entered at the close of appellant's case.1 The court en banc dismissed appellants' motions...
