This suit was originally filed by Bobby L. Jones, as petitioner, against Ronald D. Murray and Allstate Insurance Company, hereafter referred to as Allstate, as defendants insolido. Allstate was the uninsured motorist insurance carrier on the Jones vehicle. By amended petition, the City of Baton Rouge, hereafter referred to as City, Ronald L. Alford and Robert L.
