This is a suit in tort arising from a vehicular collision which occurred on Louisiana Highway 93 between Cankton and Sunset, Louisiana at approximately 11:45 P.M. on September 14, 1968. The plaintiffs herein, Sam Gautreaux and his wife, Dorothy B. Gautreaux, were injured when an automobile owned by Mr. Gautreaux and driven by his wife, and in which Mr. Gautreaux and two of their minor children were riding as passengers, collided with an automobile...
