This action for damages by Miller Car Washes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Miller," arose out of an explosion of butane gas as the gas escaped from a tank on a pickup truck of Larry D. Crowe, hereinafter referred to as "Crowe," which explosion produced a fire at Miller's place of business on Louisville Avenue in Monroe. This action was consolidated for the purpose of trial with that of Zurich Insurance...
